Final Presentation
Please prepare the materials below for your final presentation.
Slide Presentation
Please prepare a short, three slide post-mortem presentation of your game. Please take a step back from your project and think about it in its entirety. The goal of a post-mortem is to think about what went wrong and how things could be improved next time. The slides should consist of the following:
- Title. Your game's title with revised pitch.
- Process. Three to five bullet points outlining your process. Explain how your team worked together and how the game took shape. What did you make first? What did you prioritize? How did you decide on your weekly task lists?
- Lessons Learned. Three to five bullet points expressing lessons you learned from the creation of your game. What went wrong? What would you have done differently? This is less about "I learned how to rig a character," and more about "our team really needed to meet more frequently." Think of this more as a post mortem and reflection about your game development process than specific skills you learned.
After this, you will briefly show the publishing materials and, finally, the game itself.
Final Game Materials
Please provide the following:
- Build: Post a final playable build on the publishing platform of your choice. Post a link to this on Trello.
- Publishing Materials: Tagline, Description, Screenshots, GIFs and Trailer should also be on the publishing platform of your choice.
- Unity Project: Include the final project folder in a Google Drive or One Drive folder.
IMPORTANT! A final build of your game MUST be posted to an external website. It's fine to name and or frame it however you'd like (e.g. alpha, beta, etc...). If your build isn't posted to a public external website (no mywebspace) by the final you will get a FAILING GRADE on your shared final project grade.
