Over the summer of 2024, I interned for the company Hexicosa, where I worked as a level designer for their Octarine project. I designed the sandbox level and the world to bring forth our unique mechanics
Our team worked for a client, Indistinguishable from Magic. We worked side by side implementing their modules into the gameplay, world building, and level design
 
      To include all modules developed, I had the task of creating a level that included space for the player to text these different modules while including the original idea of our world building
Through out the internship, I learned how to efficiently use version control software under guidance of our project lead. Our team was able to consult with industry proffesionals that helped us branch efficiently.
Throughout the development process, me and my team met during tri-weekly scrum meetings to discuss progression of tasks and raise any issues that come up. These meetings gave me a great insight into how development cycles work in the industry and vastly improved my team skills
