Welcome to GDD 411
In this course you will continue to learn how to make games using Unity, with a focus on the ideation/prototyping
process and the Agile project management methodology.
The process a team utilizes to create their game greatly influences the success of the end product. Properly prototyping the game early can prevent wasted time and money later, and an effective process of iteration and play testing can help ensure a game is on track to be a success. You will practice ideation and prototype techniques to get new ideas in front of playtesters quickly. In this course, you will also be studying and utilizing the MDA framework for evaluating our work. Finally, you will be utilizing the Agile method of project management as you take projects from the ideation phase through to publishing them online, recreating the experience you will see while working in the games industry.
