Grading Rubric

Assignment Sets

  • Project Management (Trello/Mira/MilaNote) linked on portfolio and contains:
    • Asset Attribution - Anything you use that you didn't create should be properly cited. Leave the creators name and a link to where you found the asset.
    • Design Document for Project - Paragraph describing the game you're going to make, going into details about game mechanics, characters, story, art style, etc.
    • Postmortem for Project - Paragraph describing the final state of your project after you finished it, what you learned in making it, challenges you faced and how you solved them, etc.
  • Exercises:
    • A WebGL build for each exercise linked on portfolio.
    • Exercise builds should reflect an understanding of the content covered in the lecture.
  • Project:
    • A WebGL build for the project linked on portfolio.
    • Project should use the content from the Assignment Set to create a game. Game scope should be larger than exercises, having a win/lose condition, a consistant art style (even if it's simple shapes/colors), and be bug free.
  • Quiz:
    • Grade based on accuracy of responses.

Final Project
