Psychology Minor

A minor in psychology requires 18 credit hours (6 courses).  Students are free to take a variety of psychology courses at any level. However, minors may NOT take the following majors-only courses:

PS 206 – Introduction to Statistics in Psychology
PS 307 – Methods I
PS 308 – Methods II
PS 309 – History and Systems
PS 409 – Senior Seminar
Seminar and fieldwork courses associated with psychology concentrations

Declaring a Psychology Minor is easy.  Forms for declaring the minor may be found outside CAS1 Rm 309, Office I. ( This is Carrie Bulgers office, Psychology Department Chair).  Locate the folder labeled "Liberal Arts Minor Form" in the pockets to the right of the door.  Complete the form and slip the signed form under Professor Bulger’s door. She will do the rest.
